This Boutique Hotel, the summer residence of the Bishop of Todi in 1763, is located on the hills of Todi, in the province of Perugia. The place to savor the slow and calm life of central Italy, but also the ideal starting point for exploring the Umbrian villages set among the rocks, or the nearby lakes (Trasimeno and Bolsena), letting the views and wanders hidden along the way inspire your journey.

The Boutique Hotel have nine rooms, all with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, and vibrate with elegance and serenity, as if suspended between the green of the hills and the blue of the Umbrian sky. They are all equipped with Smart TV, USB sockets and a tea and herbal tea corner. Creating a few rooms favored comfort, attention to detail and design, and the breadth of spaces, in perfect continuity with the surrounding nature. Eight rooms are located on the first and second floors of the historic house, while the ninth is on the ground floor of the cottage, next to the main building.

There are three Romantic rooms, two located on the upper floors and embellished with an arch, while the third is located on the ground floor of the annex, and enjoys a private terrace overlooking the rose garden and the hills. The four Superior rooms are larger, furnished with fine linen and antique furniture, the windows overlooking the splendid views that surround the Boutique Hotel. Finally, the two Junior Suites are bright and chic, overlooking the medieval village of Collelungo. The Italian-style design and antique furniture are reflected in the precious marble and mosaics of the bathrooms, equipped with both a bathtub and a large shower.

The nine rooms can accommodate two people. In the Superior and Junior Suites a single bed can be added upon request.

One of the distinctive features of this property is undoubtedly the splendid infinity pool, heated from May to September, which overlooks the beautiful surrounding countryside. The colors and scents of Mediterranean flowers and plants create a special setting to regenerate while enjoying the beauty that this lung of Italy offers.

Thus, the afternoon snack is made with freshly baked cakes and fresh fruit, all non-alcoholic drinks made during the stay are included and, with a special eye on sustainability, if you travel with an electric car you can recharge it thanks to the two columns installed in the parking of the structure.
