This house, unique of its kind, was born in a dominant and spectacular position in front of one of the most precious gems of Tuscany – Volterra – and immersed in an enchanted landscape full of contrasts, atmospheres, sounds and colors, Villa Volterra embraces elegance and luxury with a 360 degree view of the Tuscan hills, representing the excellence of traditional and innovative Italian architecture, giving its guests an unforgettable immersive experience.
Once a small compact rural unit in stone, it is now a place of design suspended between valleys, woods, olive trees and the taste of the sea on the horizon.
Made of the same material, stone, and surrounded by greenery that fades from the view of the sunlit valley, the villa is one with the territory on which it stands: the juxtaposition of the sharpness of the lines, the scenographic shadows of the structure and the vastness of the landscape lead the guest to experience the history, attraction and legend of the area.
Made up of three main blocks, each in harmony with the other, the villa is made up of refined design elements, always accompanying the charm of the rustic to the perfection of more minimal or modern lines and shapes.
The large, fenced garden that surrounds the building is surrounded by ornamental plants and features an infinity pool overlooking the valley and a Jacuzzi for moments of well-being and luxury.
The particularity of the structure is completed by a series of high-class services and experiences offered to the guest, designed and created to satisfy every type of request.

The large fenced garden of 8000 square meters houses a 7mx14m infinity pool (equipped with hot water and motorized shutter) overlooking the valley and Volterra, and a Jacuzzi in a panoramic position in the green, surrounded by a stone carpet, which become here the two protagonists of an environment in which to indulge in pure relaxation, lulled by the bucolic symphony of the landscape and by incomparable atmospheres.

INTERIORS

Preserving the historical character of the structure, Villa Volterra is also designed to adapt to the innovative style, creating that necessary combination of rustic and modern, tradition and design aimed at giving the right balance between the contemporary and the rural world.

The beating heart of the structure, the living area is accompanied by a panoramic dining room equipped with a glass window with a spectacular view of the pool that creates a continuity with the garden.
The open concept of the living spaces allows a direct connection of the dining room with the living room, equipped with a large sofa and a modern fireplace, and the open kitchen, allowing guests to enjoy the spaces freely and to share the various moments of the stay always immersed in a wonderful light and in the views that can be appreciated from every room.

The fully equipped kitchen with: Built-in dishwasher, microwave and multi-function electric oven, induction hob with extractor hood, peninsula with brushed black granite worktop, double-body refrigerator with freezer, wine cellar and ice maker.

The structure has a sleeping area with three double bedrooms with exclusive bathroom and crystal shower, two on the ground floor overlooking the lush garden and one on the second floor – the suite – from which you can admire the vastness of the surrounding landscape.
