Light yellow, tiny and continuous bubbles. Intense aroma of toasted bread and yeast perfumes. Vertical and direct, with an almond end. Sustained body.

Matching: Perfect as an aperitif or matched with typical venetian appetizers and main courses like backed sea bass, codfish, a delicate risotto or Prosciutto.

The Biasin family has been cultivating 30 hectares of vineyards for almost twenty years. Cà Rovere is a family-run company, born from the passion for its territory.
