Cherry Jam – 370 g, Susafa
€11.00
Sicily’s peasant tradition boasts genuine food products of extraordinary goodness, like our cherry trees that produce remarkable fruits every year. The cherry harvest is a real ritual for us that is repeated every year in June. Once harvested, Susafa’s cherries are used to prepare jam according to the original traditional recipe: a very simple combination that gives this jam an unparalleled flavor.

Staying here means coming into contact with one of the many souls of Sicily, made up of inebriating colours and fragrances, centuries-old traditions and rites. And here, rite is celebrated all around nature: genuine spaces of quiet for relaxation, seasonal ingredients served every day at table, oven-fresh bread made with the olive oil of Susafa, the blue of the swimming pool set in the green Mediterranean macchia, walks amid fields of grain and authentic sounds, those of nature.

Hotel Starlino
Starlino is a delicious and complex range of Italian Aperitivos from Torino in Italy, the birthplace of Italian Aperitivos. Starlino’s recipe was made by Denis Muni and Beppe Ronco – both have worked at Torino Distillati for over 20 years and are natives of the Piedmont Region. Having spent their careers making Vermouths and Aperitivos, they focused their attention on real innovation for The Hotel Starlino™ Range. They came up with the idea of ageing the Rosso Vermouth in Bourbon barrels after observing that the cask ageing imported a deliciously smooth, spicy flavor to the wine.

Frantoio Muraglia
Frantoio Muraglia was born in Andria, capital of the Apulia oil region, five generations ago, but the real family patriarch has watched the seasons come and go for no fewer than 450 years – a majestic coratina olive-tree, a native cultivar whose wealth of polyphenols is almost unmatched among the 538 classified Italian varieties. The history as oil producers begins with this green giant that stands tall over our olive groves – some 40 hectares in the uplands of Murgia.
Frantoio Muraglia tries to preserve the biodiversity of the agricultural landscape and to protect the plants of strategic importance for their supply, such as the olive trees themselves. They still pick the olives by hand and press them cold in the ancient stone press. The goal is always to make the finest Italian extra virgin oil, absolutely without compromise. -
