In the production laboratory in Bologna, Lelli roasts the beans with hot air in accordance with the Italian artisan tradition, calibrating the roasting times according to the type of coffee. Roasting takes place on a weekly basis according to customer requests, in order to deliver the product always fresh.

Indian Tonic J.GASCO is a tonic of delicate taste with soft, non-overpowering bitter notes. Round taste and very fine and persistent carbonation, it is the ideal mixer for enhancing citrus and floral gin.
Tips for a Mediterranean Gin Tonic:
In a large wine glass with ice cubes, pour 5cl of premium Gin (preferably floral), the juice of half a lemon and 1 tbsp. of sugar. Mix and top with J.Gasco Indian Tonic. Garnish with a sprig of fresh basil.

Cloves mellow the memories of sandalwood and opium… the pace continues as tangerine tones accompany a gradual opening, a swell of mineral accents strikes you. Harvest by hand into small crates. Second selection also made by hand upon entrance to the winery. Fermentation first in 3000 later conical wooden vats of Slavonian oak for 2-4 weeks. Secondary malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Maturation French oak barrels of 160, 225 or 300 liters for 10-12 months. Aging 24 months in glass.

TASTING NOTES
Elegant and bright orange color to the eye. The nose offers a complex and articulated bouquet, in which the main botanicals such as myrtle, gentian and basil are found one by one, followed by citrus and bitter nuances. The palate continues on the same wavelength as the smell, revealing itself to be linear and persistent.

It all started about three years ago, and the spark that started the adventure was that shared love for botanicals.
At the moment, MAGI Spirits is known for its two main top brands, namely Gin “RIVO” and Amaro “VENTI, l’ “Amaro Italiano”. The first, the Gin “RIVO”, known as the Gin of Lake Como, was the first distillate to be produced by MAGI Spirits which, in fact, was produced with herbs and botanicals collected along the slopes of the mountains surrounding Lake Como.
Subsequently, the Amaro “VENTI, l’ “Amaro Italiano” was born, or the Amaro that unites the Peninsula, because it is produced with twenty different ingredients, each inspired by each Italian region. This is how MAGI Spirits took shape, and still operates daily in the name of maximum excellence, starting from the selection of raw materials up to the maniacal control of each production step. In this way, extraordinary spirits and liqueurs are born, which are quickly making their way into the competitive world of “wine & spirits” by leaps and bounds. -
Vin Santo di Montepulciano “Occhio di Pernice” 2005, Avignonesi

Vin Santo is a sweet wine deeply rooted in the Tuscan tradition. The first references date back to the Renaissance, which is also the time when the Avignonesi family entered the scene for the first time. To this day the Vin Santo and Occhio di Pernice are produced with the mother yeast which has been handed down for generations and gives that ethereal flavor. This sweet wine is the result of an exceptionally long aging process during which more than half of this precious liquid evaporates. It has been calculated that with the same amount of grapes used to produce one of our 375ml bottles, twenty-four 750ml bottles of wine can be produced.
ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES
Dense and mysterious, the Occhio di Pernice reveals a complex and enveloping bouquet with aromas of dried plums dates, propolis, gingerbread, malaga and tobacco. In the mouth it is sweet and spicy and the olfactory notes return, expanding with those of dried apricots and smoked hazelnut with small nuances of Christmas spices. A wine that surprises with every sip for its concentration and depth. The aftertaste persistence is incredibly long. A true custom-built.

The balanced climatic conditions of this vintage, equipped with the right amount of all the elements, allowed us to produce powerful but elegant wines. A mild and relatively dry winter was replaced by a cold, wet spring. The hot and sunny summer made up for the wet and cold spring.
