The project preserves the character of its original 1920s façade while introducing refined interiors defined by 4.20-metre-high ceilings and terrazzo floors inspired by the colours of the sea and sky. Thanks to its corner position, the house enjoys open sea views from every room.

Set across three levels connected by a private lift, Corner House welcomes up to 8 guests across 4 rooms, with bedrooms located on the ground and first floors.

The rooftop features a glass dining space opening onto a 70 sqm seaview terrace — a place designed for cooking, sharing meals, relaxing, and experiencing the beauty of the sunset over the Mediterranean.
