MAGI SPIRITS
It all started about three years ago, and the spark that started the adventure was that shared love for botanicals.
At the moment, MAGI Spirits is known for its two main top brands, namely Gin “RIVO” and Amaro “VENTI, l’ “Amaro Italiano”. The first, the Gin “RIVO”, known as the Gin of Lake Como, was the first distillate to be produced by MAGI Spirits which, in fact, was produced with herbs and botanicals collected along the slopes of the mountains surrounding Lake Como.
Subsequently, the Amaro “VENTI, l’ “Amaro Italiano” was born, or the Amaro that unites the Peninsula, because it is produced with twenty different ingredients, each inspired by each Italian region. This is how MAGI Spirits took shape, and still operates daily in the name of maximum excellence, starting from the selection of raw materials up to the maniacal control of each production step. In this way, extraordinary spirits and liqueurs are born, which are quickly making their way into the competitive world of “wine & spirits” by leaps and bounds. -

Frantoio Muraglia was born in Andria, capital of the Apulia oil region, five generations ago, but the real family patriarch has watched the seasons come and go for no fewer than 450 years – a majestic coratina olive-tree, a native cultivar whose wealth of polyphenols is almost unmatched among the 538 classified Italian varieties. The history as oil producers begins with this green giant that stands tall over our olive groves – some 40 hectares in the uplands of Murgia.

Vino Nobile di Montepulciano D.O.C.G. 2016, Avignonesi
€22.00100% Sangiovese – 13,5 % – 750 ml
This wine is produced with Sangiovese grapes highlighting the balanced and harmonious features of its habitat. The wine displays a glossy medium body, seamless tannins and a distinctive tasting profile. Great for immediate drinking, it also reveals an impressive aging potential.
2016 VINTAGE
The balanced climatic conditions of this vintage, equipped with the right amount of all the elements, allowed us to produce powerful but elegant wines. A mild and relatively dry winter was replaced by a cold, wet spring. The hot and sunny summer made up for the wet and cold spring. A cold September with northern winds allowed the grapes to reach perfect ripeness.Incl. VAT
Avignonesi
“Transparent, Ethical, Eco-Tech, Elegant.” Cardinal words in the Avignonesi dictionary.
Named after the original founders of the estate, the Avignonesi family, the winery has undergone an exciting journey since it was first established. Acquired by Virginie Saverys in 2009, Avignonesi has grown in size and at the same time has become a leader in biodynamic viticulture in Italy. The Avignonesi wines enhance the richness and elegance of the Montepulciano heritage. Sangiovese wines have been produced for centuries here, and the fascination that lies around this appellation is elevated by the ”back to basics, no un-natural intervention” approach that biodynamic viticulture entails. -
Vin Santo di Montepulciano “Occhio di Pernice” 2005, Avignonesi
€210.00375 ml – 12,5 % – Sangiovese
Vin Santo is a sweet wine deeply rooted in the Tuscan tradition. The first references date back to the Renaissance, which is also the time when the Avignonesi family entered the scene for the first time. To this day the Vin Santo and Occhio di Pernice are produced with the mother yeast which has been handed down for generations and gives that ethereal flavor. This sweet wine is the result of an exceptionally long aging process during which more than half of this precious liquid evaporates. It has been calculated that with the same amount of grapes used to produce one of our 375ml bottles, twenty-four 750ml bottles of wine can be produced.
ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES
Dense and mysterious, the Occhio di Pernice reveals a complex and enveloping bouquet with aromas of dried plums dates, propolis, gingerbread, malaga and tobacco. In the mouth it is sweet and spicy and the olfactory notes return, expanding with those of dried apricots and smoked hazelnut with small nuances of Christmas spices. A wine that surprises with every sip for its concentration and depth. The aftertaste persistence is incredibly long. A true custom-built.

Tab Bread Holder, Society Limonta

Tab bread basket draws its inspiration from the old bread bags that became a versatile household accessory. AGRICOLA MARAVIGLIA

€18.00Laurento, an elegant, smooth wine that embodies the soul of Romagna, owes its name to the ancient farm property that Umberto Cesari purchased from the Curia of Bologna.
100% Sangiovese grown in vineyards averaging 15 years old and yielding 7 tons per hectare, planted in medium-textured clay soils. The must ferments in temperature-controlled vertical steel fermenters with a lengthy maceration on the skins. The wine then matures 24 months in 30hl Slavonian oak ovals. Sangiovese Riserva displays gorgeous proportion and style, redolent of wild berryfruit and spice, with silky tannins.

Umberto Cesari
Umberto Cesari Winery, founded in 1964, lies in the hills of Castel San Pietro Terme, in western Romagna. The winemaking has always focused on their local native grapes, but over time they have added international varieties as well. Day by day, Umberto Cesari has watched their vineyards grow, as has the awareness that their local growing area is their most important natural resource. That is the reason that U.Cesari follows a philosophy that respects the earth but at the same time welcomes new challenges represented by sustainability and innovation. Because they know that the grape of tomorrow must be even better than that of today.
