Starting from the idea that ‘Luxury is a state of mind’ and so we all have different interests and needs, we have carefully selected a list of properties, event locations and products that can help you to find your ideal Nest in Italy.
We collaborate with local artists, brands, property owners and merchants to provide you the finest Italian experience.

The experiences are Rental Retreats, Tavolata, NestArt & Online Shop. We strongly believe Italy
has so much to offer but sometimes it’s not well sold to the public. We want to do this with our
International freshness and dynamism.

The Vibe…

At Nest culture is everything and we believe that our Brand is only as good as the people who
work within it. We aim to make sure to have a good and positive synergy with our parters and that the clients are followed with professionalism and enjoy their stay in Italy. We firmly believe it’s our people who make that happen.

The Team…

NEST Italy operation’s team is comprised of people passionate in the Hospitality and Design industry, who strive for providing top service and remembered experiences. Positiveness is the key. Our team is driven to continually curate and execute creative and innovative events that are centered around our community as well as food & beverage, hospitality and art. Motivated to introduce strategic initiatives that increase sales, retention and overall guest experience.

Tavolata…

Tavolata Supper Club is the Nest’s Table. 

People will dine around an intimate communal table to enjoy a seasonal menu by great local Chefs, with the opportunity to meet new people and make interesting connections.

Diners absorb the magical atmosphere of the local territory and culture in unique locations across Italy such as, for example, art galleries, private homes or in a vineyard in the Tuscan countryside.

The Role…

The Tavolata Manager is responsible for the operations of Tavolata and the organisations of events. You will design unique menus, handle customer complaints, create Tavolata policies and search for locations.

You should have at least three years of experience in the restaurant industry and possibly a Hospitality Degree/Master. One of the most important skills that a Tavolata manager must have is the ability to connect with customers. Another important skill is problem solving. Moreover:

– Great organisational skills

– Ability to forecast how much food is needed

– Ability to delegate tasks

– Great leadership abilities

– Good knowledge of the food and beverage industry

– Good knowledge of Food & Beverage products

– Basic/Good wine knowledge (especially Italian wines) is a plus

– Customer oriented mindset

– Ability to create reports to give to ownership

– Good knowledge of the Italian cuisine 

Requirements…

BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is a plus

– Bilingual in English and Italian

– Charismatic personality 

– Have a driver license in order to inspect and organising events all over Italy

The Role…

We are looking for a reliable figure with a passion in the hospitality sector, with charisma and dedication towards the customers who booked with Nest Italy.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for communicating and maintaining excellent relationships with various partners, looking after customers who have booked through Nest and managing private events. He will also be responsible for supporting the General Manager in various administrative functions, such as the creation and updating of contracts with partners and suppliers, management of e-commerce orders, insertion of structures (hotels and villas) in the Nest portal.

Requirements…

– Diploma/Degree in Hospitality and Tourism is a plus

– Proved experience of at least 3 years in a similar position in the Hospitality & Tourism field

– Bilingual in English and Italian

– Must be Italian

– Charismatic personality 

– Have a driver license
