The Role…

At Nest, the Executive Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of the business in conjunction with the CEO.

The EAM oversees service standards, operational efficiency, guest’s experience, staff retention and optimal profit is met in Nest. Including day-to-day staff management but mostly being an ambassador of the NEST Italy brand that fully embraces the ethos, supports staff, create good relationships with the suppliers and provides the best Italian experience.
As an Assistant General Manager, you are an influential leader and strategic business partner to all departments that tell our story, deliver service, create culture, maximise profits, support operations, and member / guest satis-
faction.

We are looking for a figure with great communications skills that is able to address complaints
and go the extra mile to make sure our guests are satisfied.
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can stay positive when facing difficult
situations. You should also be reliable and customer-oriented, as you’ll serve as a primary point of
contact for our customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities…

– Search for properties to add to our Retreat portfolio all over Italy.
– Search for unique locations to make the Tavolata events.
– Search for products Made in Italy to put in our e commerce such as: artworks, food and beverage products, and everything that can fit our standards and profile.
– Look for interesting artists to add to our NestArt portfolio.
– Social Media posting and interaction
– Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
– Help prepare welcome folders
– Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote extra services
– Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
– Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, etc.)
– Address customer complaints and escalate to the CEO when needed
– Register customer/market preferences
– Strategic planning
– Set up budgets/profit goals
– Ability to create reports to give to ownership

Requirements…

– Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
– Bilingual in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
– Computer literacy
– An outgoing and charismatic personality
– Outstanding communication abilities
– Excellent organisational and time-management skills
– Good marketing and PR skills
– Diploma or BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is preferred but not necessary.

The Role…

The NestArt Manager is responsible for conceiving, developing, and implementing the artistic vision of Nest and is in charge of searching and recruiting artists for NestArt.

As part of your regular duties and tasks you may perform some or all of the following:

– Develop, plan, and execute various exhibitions or events with NestArt & Tavolata

– Search for interesting artists and reclute them

– Write exhibition proposals

– Plan the presentation and installation of artwork and objects

– Organise the transportation of art pieces

– Play an active role in the Nest’s journal by publishing research and information about artists

– Have updated information about the art market and knowledge of the current exhibitions

 

    Education, Training and Certification

    The NestArt Manager position involves having specific knowledge and understanding of art and the art field .

    -Education:  We require a bachelor’s degree in art or art history or at least proved experience in the art field.

    -Experience: This position is open to those who have proved passion and experience in the art field, possibly worked already in an art gallery or artist residency.

    Must be bilingual in English and Italian

    We are looking for a reliable accounting manager to join our team. As an Accounting Manager, you will supervise, monitor and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities. In addition, you will be establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information.

    Education, Training and Certification

    – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

    – 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role

    – Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization

    – Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving resultses

    – Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial systems.

    Tavolata…

    Tavolata Supper Club is the Nest’s Table. 

    People will dine around an intimate communal table to enjoy a seasonal menu by great local Chefs, with the opportunity to meet new people and make interesting connections.

    Diners absorb the magical atmosphere of the local territory and culture in unique locations across Italy such as, for example, art galleries, private homes or in a vineyard in the Tuscan countryside.

    The Role…

    The Tavolata Manager is responsible for the operations of Tavolata and the organisations of events. You will design unique menus, handle customer complaints, create Tavolata policies and search for locations.

    You should have at least three years of experience in the restaurant industry and possibly a Hospitality Degree/Master. One of the most important skills that a Tavolata manager must have is the ability to connect with customers. Another important skill is problem solving. Moreover:

    – Great organisational skills

    – Ability to forecast how much food is needed

    – Ability to delegate tasks

    – Great leadership abilities

    – Good knowledge of the food and beverage industry

    – Good knowledge of Food & Beverage products

    – Basic/Good wine knowledge (especially Italian wines) is a plus

    – Customer oriented mindset

    – Ability to create reports to give to ownership

    – Good knowledge of the Italian cuisine 

    Requirements…

    BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is a plus

    – Bilingual in English and Italian

    – Charismatic personality 

    – Have a driver license in order to inspect and organising events all over Italy

    We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building. Must also be good in Public Relations and have a good Portfolio of clients to bring to Nest.

    Responsibilities…

    – Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan

    – Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications

    – Take care of the company’s social medias (Facebook, instagram, LinkedIn), creation of posts in the Nest’s website Journal, news letter and follow up with clients

    – Partner with creative teams and external agencies and vendors

    – Good communication between the departments

    – Public Relations

    Qualifications for Marketing Manager…

    – Experience building marketing programs and reporting on the results

    – Exposure to digital and direct response marketing

    – Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages

    – Strong project management skills

    -Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking

    -Ability to travel as necessary

    – Public Relations skills

    – We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in marketing, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or similar.

    – Fluent English level
