Villa Pineta is a private retreat immersed in over two hectares of maritime pine forest, where architecture, nature, and Mediterranean light exist in constant dialogue. More than one hundred pines, planted in the 1940s, create a unique landscape of shifting shadows, reflections, and gentle coastal breezes.

Located twenty minutes from Lecce and ten minutes from the coast, the villa was transformed through a thoughtful renovation completed in 2020, restoring light and openness while strengthening the connection between interiors and landscape.

Arranged entirely on one level, Villa Pineta accommodates up to twelve guests across four double bedrooms and one quadruple family room. The interiors combine terrazzo floors, travertine details, stone bathrooms, and timber-clad walls with refined furnishings by Piet Hein Eek and Sam Chermayeff.

The villa unfolds into a natural park featuring a 20-metre lap pool, stone terraces, and a sequence of outdoor spaces designed for different moments of the day: from the intimate private patio and the lush inner garden to the travertine platform beneath the monumental eucalyptus tree, overlooking the triangular reflecting pool.
