We are proud to introduce you to our own collection of properties.
Our long term goal is to have our own nests all around the world, characterized by our idea of what a nest is: a warm and intimare shelter.
We will create lofts, villas, hotels, cabins with a very attention to architecture and interior design, mostly Made in Italy.
Our first property is born in 2024 in Ostuni, Puglia.

Nest House Ostuni is a historic building with star vaults in the heart of the historic center of the town, with a panoramic view from the three terraces of the sea, the Duomo, the Cathedral and the historic centre.
It is composed of a living room with service bathroom, kitchen, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and another room dedicated to the bathtub with a view of the city, a single bedroom on the second floor and three wonderful terraces. In one of these there is a chestnut table under a gazebo where you can organize beautiful dinners with friends and, upon reservation, take advantage of the Tavolata service with set-up, private chef, wine tastings.
The house enjoys beautiful daylight and despite being in the historic center it is very quiet. The property has interior design and antique pieces from brands that we respect, mainly Made in Italy. Flos, Smeg, Halo Edition are examples.
