La Torre is a beachfront apartment on the top floor of Villa Teti, a beautiful historical villa fully renovated in San Vincenzo.

The apartment has an entrance hall, living area with double sofa-bed and smart TV, small kitchen with two-burner hob, fridge, oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. The dining room is located in the western part of the tower: the dining table is surrounded by arched windows overlooking the sea on each side. From the dining room you will enjoy the sunset. On the east side, there is the master bedroom with TV and access to the large terrace. From the room you have a partial sea view. Next door is the full bathroom and the single bedroom with wardrobe. In front of the apartment there is one very good restaurant “Il Bucaniere” and the beach club we recommend where we have parasol and sun beds it is called “La Perla del Mare”, only 100 meters from the house. The village centre is 150 meters from the house. Upon request, there is a private underground parking, only 50 meters from the house.

 The house may welcome for 5 guests as it offers a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a sofa bed. However, for better comfort, we do recommend a maximum of 4 people for this solution.
