Lo Chalet in Toscana is an intimate and exclusive retreat on the doorstep of the Casentinesi Forests National Park. A peaceful oasis surrounded by the rolling Tuscan hills, just a short distance from Arezzo and Florence.

The natural undulation of the wood, the welcoming greenery, and the expansive outdoor pool reflecting the sky create the perfect environment for an escape from the fast pace of everyday life. It is the ideal place to recharge and reconnect with nature.

The chalet’s ground floor features a bright open-plan layout including a living area, kitchen, guest bathroom, and relaxation zone. The panoramic Finnish sauna overlooks the Casentinesi hills and the Romena Castle, offering moments of physical and mental wellness, enhanced by the atmosphere created by the nearby wood-burning fireplace with a corner glass window. Outside, the large panoramic terrace, embraced by oaks and beeches, is furnished with sofas, coffee tables, and a spacious fire pit—an invitation to sit, enjoy a tea or coffee, or share a bottle of wine carefully selected from the cellar available to guests.

An elegant elliptical staircase connects the living room to the upper floor, which, with its pitched roof and wide wooden beams, provides a perfect retreat for comfortable rest. Dominating the master bedroom is a king-size bed; the space is designed primarily for couples but offers the option of a third bed. Automated blackout curtains open like a stage curtain, revealing a spectacular view of the hills and the castles of Romena and Porciano. The elegant panoramic freestanding bathtub adds a design touch that invites relaxation. Large windows open onto a terrace furnished with armchairs and a coffee table. The master bathroom, with a spacious shower and two illuminated wardrobes with mirrored fronts, completes the sleeping area.

Outside, the lawn and green spaces surrounding the chalet are the project’s vibrant heart. The large saltwater infinity pool is developed on two levels and features a small beach area where designer sun loungers are partially immersed in the water, reminiscent of a shoreline. The outdoor kitchen, crafted from travertine, is equipped with burners, a mini fridge, and a wood-fired oven. Opposite, a large table over three meters long, made from the same stone, is designed for unforgettable summer dinners. The heated hot tub completes the wellness area.

Upon arrival, the private parking area, naturally integrated beneath a linden pergola, accommodates three cars and includes a charging station for electric vehicles.
