The farm is an excellent architectural example of a typical local one, traditionally characterized by a residential house and a hayloft built in the immediate vicinity. In view of a possible use by holiday guests, the main house was renovated in 2021 and subsequently expanded and converted in collaboration with the architectural firm Perathoner Architects of Selva di Val Gardena.

Upstairs, a large entrance hall, a bedroom, as well as a living room and kitchen with a barrel vault running through them were created. Conversely, the attic was divided into a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The warehouses on the ground floor, originally accessible only from the outside, have been transformed into a wellness area with a relaxation room with sauna, now accessible from the inside.

The design and selection of furnishings, fabrics, accessories, sanitary facilities, and lighting sources have been carried out with the utmost attention to detail and with the aim of creating a harmonious design concept.

The main objective in the design and execution was to achieve contemporary quality and living comfort while preserving the historical material of the building. This proposal required equally careful conversion and expansion measures by the local carpentry workshop Erlacher.
The result of these design and execution measures has given light to luxurious interiors whose unmistakable alpine atmosphere is given by a sophisticated concept of colours and materials that unifies and harmonizes old and new, tradition and modernity.
Now nothing prevents you from using the structure of the converted building into a luxury retreat.

The Felder Alpin Lodge is a luxury mountain lodge which offers not only a wonderful alpine location for a stay but as well as gastronomic experiences and outdoor adventures with a private mountain guide, professional chef and a personal concierge.
The 180 square meters lodge features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, traditional South Tyrolean stube with rustic farm stove, fully equipped kitchen under barrel vaults, unique rock cellar, a library with a selection of international books, a smoked oak Finnish sauna, a relaxation lounge with hay bed and wellness shower, garage, ski room, boot dryer, laundry room and a private helipad.

The lodge is available for rent as an entire entity, with or without personally tailored activity programmes, as well as a team-building or event location.
