Nestled in the Puglian countryside, the Rural House embodies a profound connection with nature, offering a retreat that combines local heritage with contemporary architecture. Situated within a private 2-acre olive grove, the property blends local construction techniques and design, striking a balance between tradition and modernity.

Externally, the building showcases clean lines, simplicity, and a minimalist design, while the interiors reveal a deeply personal touch through a combination of travel memories, design pieces, and local craftsmanship.

The main house features a spacious living room with a dining area and a separate kitchen, a bedroom with large windows overlooking the countryside, and a bathroom with a stone sink. Two additional bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and separate entrance, provide the comfort of
total privacy.

The first bedroom is located in the annex, connected to the main building by a porch, and features a contemporary design with large openings and an outdoor space, while the other resides in an old lamia with a barrel vault.

The outdoor area invites you to enjoy al fresco dining with a large marble table and an outdoor concrete kitchen. The 40-square-meter pool is nestled directly within the olive grove, seamlessly integrating with the surrounding space.

Sustainability is a core value at the Rural House: the construction ensures high energy efficiency, and the building is entirely powered by solar energy, significantly reducing its environmental impact.
Natural and environmentally friendly materials such as stone, wood, cotton, and linen fabrics were preferred in both the construction and the furnishings.
