Villa Zarri is a historic residence located just a few kilometres from Bologna, elegantly blending centuries of history with modern hospitality. The villa spans approximately 1,000 m² over two floors and is surrounded by a meticulously maintained park. Built in the 16th century and renovated in the 18th century by the noble Angelelli family, it retains its timeless charm with a central rounded tympanum, side galleries, and a de‑consecrated chapel dedicated to St Joseph.

Inside, the ground‑floor halls feature coffered ceilings, Venetian‑style floors, and Murano glass chandeliers, hosting up to 160 guests. The first floor offers luminous frescoed rooms accessed via a grand marble staircase, suitable for civil ceremonies, gala dinners, or DJ sets for up to 240 guests. With its centuries‑old park as a natural backdrop, Villa Zarri is ideal for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and concerts, accommodating up to 350 attendees.

The villa also houses a Michelin‑starred restaurant led by chef Agostino Iacobucci, offering guests a refined culinary experience within this historic setting.

Within the Villa Zarri estate, the Guest House offers refined accommodations, including a Deluxe Villa and three independent apartments, with a total of 22 beds. Each unit features high-quality furnishings and private access, while the surrounding gardens provide a peaceful retreat.

The estate also hosts a small artisan distillery, producing high-quality Italian brandy from Trebbiano wine using a traditional copper alembic and aging it in small French-oak barrels. With no added sugar or coloring, the brandy is celebrated for its purity and elegance. The distillery also serves as a unique venue for tastings, events, and gala dinners within the historic villa setting.
