The history of Torre di Terzolan dates back to 1300 AD, when the estate was born as a hunting lodge of the noble family of the Scaligeri, lords of Verona. Over the centuries, the structure has been enlarged to reach its maximum splendor under the ownership of Cardinal Ridolfi, becoming a point of reference for the entire valley: a self-sufficient settlement for the production of wine and oil, thanks to its natural water source.

Below the Villa there is a spectacular cellar, dating back to the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries, used historically for the production of wine and the preservation of agricultural products. Today, the winery still represents the beating heart of the wine tradition of Torre di Terzolan.
