La Casa di Maratea is an elegant and welcoming residence located in the heart of beautiful Maratea, a paradise overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea in Basilicata region. The design is inspired by the local architectural tradition, blending it with elements of modernity and comfort. Every corner of the house has been carefully planned to maximize the breathtaking panoramic views, thanks to large windows that offer natural light and create a deep connection between the interior and the exterior.

The house is 160 m2 and can accommodate six people and is distributed over two floors with three bedrooms. On the ground floor the living room, the kitchen, the dining room and the “Marco” double bedroom with dressing room and bathroom. On the first floor the other two bedrooms: “Wanda” with double bed and bathroom and “Eldda” with two single beds, bathroom and a small terrace. The terrace and the house overlook the Gulf of Policastro and the Maratea Coast, surrounded by a private garden and its parking.
