Susafa: an old farmhouse now converted into spaces for hospitality. A space that allows you to come into contact with one of the many souls of Sicily, made up of inebriating colours and fragrances, centuries-old traditions and rites. And here, rite is celebrated all around nature: genuine spaces of quiet for relaxation, seasonal ingredients served every day at table, oven-fresh bread made with the olive oil of the estate, the blue of the swimming pool set in the green Mediterranean macchia, walks amid fields of grain and authentic sounds, those of nature.

This experience will be a real Retreat, our goal is to let you be in contact with nature and its power, in order to feel a sense of freedom. To achieve this, together with the landscape, we will propose you some surprises.

Tavolata will take place in the wheat field. The price includes an aperitivo with sparkling wine and food + dinner with a four course menu, water and a bottle of red or white wine. There will be also other interesting surprises…and gifts!

You will dine in an intimate communal table to enjoy a seasonal menu with the opportunity to meet new people and make interesting connections.

The menu will not be disclosed until the day, so do let us know of any serious allergies beforehand and the kitchen will be glad to cater for you.
