In the heart of Brescia, stands a 13th century palace decorated with frescoes from 1750.
Turned into dynamic workshops, its spaces regain a new life: here, from early morning until late at night national and international artists are invited to share their everyday life and experience several artistic practices: painting, photography, sculpture, visual arts and design while delving into a unique and creative environment.
The evening will begin with a tour of the current exhibition, followed by dinner in the beautiful hall of the Palazzo.
In the kitchen for this Tavolata Lucia Gaspari, Veronese, designer, cook.
Lucia began her professional career as a designer but soon food and cooking began to be more and more present. She studied cooking at the ALMA International Cooking School in Colorno (Parma) followed by experiences in different kitchens such as those of Alajmo and Tokuyoshi in Italy, Relæ in Denmark and Silo in England. From 2019 to 2021 she was the chef of the new Røst restaurant in Milan where it focused on vegetables and offal with a sustainable and waste-free approach.
Ticket: € 95 p.p.
The Green Pass is required to participate in this event.
The ticket includes a welcome drink and visit to the exhibition, a four-course dinner menu, water and wine included.
