Trattoria Da Lucio is the perfect blend of tradition and innovation. It is a trattoria, so the cuisine is at the service of taste, concreteness, truth and zero waste, but it stands out for the use of the technique, in particular dry aging – with which it enhances the best fish in the our sea.

We will see chef Jacopo Ticchi perform in the suggestive industrial setting of DumBO, a temporary urban regeneration space in Bologna. Almost 40,000 square meters of the former Ravone freight yard, returned to the city’s disposal with a multifunctional project closely connected to the territory. Its spaces, among other things, are intended for culture, art, social, music and coworking.

The menu will not be disclosed until the day, so do let us know of any serious allergies beforehand and the kitchen will be glad to cater for you. Please take note that it will includes raw fish, which cannot be replaced with variations.
