We are an Adult Only Boutique Wine Resort. We accept children only in a few limited rooms, and upon availability of those rooms only. Additional charges will be added per night to the rates of your room: specifically EUR 80 per night for children of all ages, +18 should have their own suite.
If you prepay online you receive immediate confirmation. Please note that, booking through our website, grants you a complimentary bottle of Biondelli. Full prepayment is required. The total amount of the stay (including 22% VAT) will be charged on your credit card at time of booking. Cancellation policy: full refund, thus no charges applied, up to 15 days prior to arrival. Under 14 days 50% of full amount will be refunded. Under 3 days full amount will be charged. No show full payment will be charged.
We have only recently opened the Villa to the public as our core business is wine making, so unfortunately we are not able at present to provide cooking classes or meals, unless there are special occasions previously arranged directly with a member of our team. We collaborate with several chefs, should you wish to organise a private event or dinner throughout the year a minimum of 10 guests is required.
