Historical Dimora
2000 squares meters
Situated at the heart of the Estate, the sumptuously elegant Dimora Il Borro towers over the small medieval village. The historic villa, which was built in 1854 by the Hohenlohe Waldenburg family, passed to Duke Amedeo d’Aosta in the early 20th century, and finally to Ferruccio Ferragamo in 1993. It has been painstakingly restored to its former glory using authentic materials and retaining the architectural features typical of 19th century Tuscan villas. Today the Dimora is an exclusive location for V.I.P.s, large families, events or meetings, with 10 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a meeting room, dining room, study, heated indoor swimming pool, gym, billiard room and sauna. Each suite has its own unique features, such as the canopy bed and oriental-style wallpaper of the Royal Suite. A residential staff is always at guests’ disposal to ensure exclusive, highly personalized service.
