The villa is immersed in the unspoiled nature of the place, lying on a cliff that descends towards the crystal clear sea of Sardinia, in the town of Maracalagonis in the province of Cagliari. The property follows the natural course of the rock face and is divided into five suites on four terraced levels, each with a private panoramic terrace, and has a total internal area of 680 square meters.

Each of the five independent units, consist of two double bedrooms with private bathroom, kitchen, living room and terrace and can accommodate up to 26 people.
Two large swimming pools, terraced gardens and various verandas overlooking the beach and the sea complete this property of great charm. A jacuzzi has recently been installed on one of these verandas where you can relax while enjoying an amazing view of the sea.
