The Ville dei Medici are part of a very long series of Medici properties built between 1500 and 1600 as residences and service buildings on the edge of the family’s hunting estate. Over the centuries the two structures have been transformed to the current appearance, which thanks to a careful renovation contains both the historicity and tradition of Tuscany and modern comfort.

The Villas are positioned in the municipality of Vinci, known for being the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci and famous today for being part of the Chianti wine area.

Along a beautiful tree-lined avenue you will reach the Villas placed in the middle of an Italian garden, enriched by a large swimming pool, accessible to all guests.

The Villas are located a short distance from each other and can accommodate a maximum of 16 people (+ 7 additional places in the sofa beds).

The property consists of two villas: the Villa Padronale (Villa La Loggia) is a 5-bedroom apartment on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a large space that opens onto the dining room, the living room with the fireplace and the veranda connected with a beautiful porch. The Guest House (Villa La Terrazza) is an apartment on the 1st floor of a magnificent Art Nouveau villa. There are 3 bedrooms and a very bright living room and dining room.

VILLA PADRONALE

Thanks to its size it can host up to 10 people.

The Villa extends over 2 floors, composed of 4 double rooms (two with en-suite bathrooms), a single room, a bathroom with bath, panoramic balcony, wide living room with fireplace and television, dining room, kitchen, veranda and outdoor shower.

The interior of the Villa is designed with taste and elegance, in contemporary style. Every room is equipped with all comforts in order to ensure your wellness. It offers satellite television, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and Wi-Fi all over the property, along with air conditioning in every room. The Villa is special for its beautiful view on tuscan countryside, visible from big terrace.

GUESTHOUSE

The Villa, which overlooks the swimming pool, is composed of 2 double rooms (one with en-suite bathroom with shower), a twin-bedded room, 2 bathrooms with shower, sitting room with direct access onto the main reception room with fireplace, living room and kitchen.

The Villa is surrounded by a stunning panoramic balcony of 200 sq m.
