Our first Tavolata event will take place in the Tuscan countryside. We fell in love with Castello di Vicarello, a 12th century castle hotel nestled in the untouched region of Maremma, with sweeping views over rolling hills towards the Tyrrhenian Sea — positioned halfway between Rome and Florence. The characterful yet contemporary design, family-run castle retreat captures the charm of a bygone era, yet with modern influences exuding a luxurious, yet home from home feel. The head chef and team create wholesome Italian cuisine, using generations old recipes and ingredients from the organic gardens and local farmers.

The Nest table will take place among candles, string lights, wine grapes and a magical view of the Maremma region.

The set menu includes a welcome drink and appetisers on arrival, cheese tasting by a local producer, followed by 3-courses paired with Castello di Vicarello’s wines.

The menu will not be disclosed until the day, so do let us know of any serious allergies beforehand and the kitchen will be more than happy to cater for you.
