A 15th Century Farmhouse Villa

We invite you to choose La Pesa di Sopra this summer, a beautiful historical 15th-century mansion, situated between the three most important cultural centres of Tuscany, Florence, Siena, and Arezzo. Located in the heart of Chianti, this villa offers you a unique experience, ideal to discover Tuscany and enjoy a relaxing holiday in a charming place.

The structure develops on 4 floors. On the first two floors you may enjoy the amazing cellar, the fascinating dining room, the liquors room, and the Spa next to the gym. On the other two floors you may find six bedrooms coupled with six bathrooms. Here there is also a kitchen, mainly used for breakfast, with a wide lounge room next to another living room. All the rooms are equipped with a Smart TV, connected to private Wi-Fi.

All bedrooms have bathroom en suite, independent air conditioning with control and smart tv. Some bedrooms can accomodate an extra bed. Upon request, the villa can welcome up to 22 people.

The beautiful swimming pool, situated in one of the most panoramic points of Chianti, can be heated; therefore it is possible to enjoy it even in the coldest months.

The cellar is the real flagship of the villa. Situated under the building, it offers the most famous and rare Italian wines, coming from all parts of Italy, with special attention dedicated to Tuscany.

The SPA area is composed of a Sauna, with phototherapy, and a massage area. Next to it, you will find the gym, equipped with two exercise bikes, one treadmill, one elliptical machine, and a punching bag.

The most fascinating room is definetely the liquors and smoking room. Equipped with Chesters and leather armchairs, a 75-inch TV, a liquors distributor, an icemaker, and a bar area with a selection of top-quality liquors, a cigar box, and a fridge bar with a great champagne and wine selection.

La Pesa di Sopra is waiting for you in Radda in Chianti, the heart of the famous Chiantishire, the excellence of Italian Wine and Olive Oil. Enjoy the surrounding nature, 10 hectares of land, composed of olive groves, wood, a private lake, and a small vegetable garden. In addition, the outside zone is characterized also by a barbecue area, where you may admire a flourished vegetation and relax in the heated swimming pool.
