Welcome to Casale Mignola, a fabulous, full restored farmhouse, located at the top of hill in Cingoli, at the heart of the historic ‘Le Marche’ region. Cingoli is one of the oldest villages in Italy. The villa is surrounded with luscious landscapes, and vineyards. From the villa, in clear weather you can admire the sea in the background.

The villa is available for up to 10 guests the entire year, for a family stay, a board meeting and it’s the perfect place for couples to enjoy the tranquility that Italy has to offer.

Casale Mignola includes two parts, the main farmhouse and the pool home with its heated jacuzzi for your extreme relax with a great view. The main farmhouse It consists of 2 floors. Both the upper floor where the bedrooms are located, and on the ground floor the living space have spectacular views that guests can enjoy day and night. All four luxury double bedrooms have an in-suite bathroom, with rain shower, bidet and sink. Each bathroom is equipped with linen, towels, towel for shower. The bedrooms will be an unforgettable experience, sleeping on 100-year-old bed. In the living room of the house there are some design furniture produced from “Caccaro”, an Italian producer of luxury furniture.

The villa has an amazing pool area, where guests can lounge all day long. The pool is 15 meters long and 1.4 meters deep. The pool is created to give you the best of all worlds. Nothing better to wake up with a morning swim, or an evening dip. The views from the pool are breathtaking.

Choose Casale Mignola for your holiday and enjoy their local chef, that can prepare food for you at the villa. Close to the villa, about a 5 minute drive, you will be able to find a waterpark for those who need more of challenge. The Gym close to the house have agreed a special entrance rate for you, and you can book a personal trainer in advance. The gym also has a sauna for guests to enjoy.

Experience the sorroundings and rent a mountain bike for a trip around the lake or choose the adventure park in Cingoli where guests can venture along ateliers, in complete autonomy and test balance, speed and the ability to overcome obstacles and experiencing adrenaline thrills.

With direct access from the villa you can visit an infinity of ancient medieval towns from Filottrano to Osimo passing for Treia, San Severino or Cingoli himself, birthplace of Pope Pius VIII. The villa is also located close to the lake of Cingoli, and at 50 minutes by car the Frasassi’s caves, the sea of Portonovo and Numana and a lot of other historic places.
