A Home Shaped by Its Landscape
Casa Oliveto was designed as a natural continuation of its surroundings. The house stands within five hectares of organically cultivated land, where the garden flows naturally into the landscape and the surrounding mountains define the horizon. The house was built with respect for the existing olive trees, incorporating them into the architecture and framing them through the windows. Inside, exposed wood, natural light and generous proportions create a warm and harmonious atmosphere, while a contemporary kitchen, spacious dining area and comfortable living room make the house ideal for both shared moments and quiet relaxation. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a large laundry room provide the practical comforts needed for a comfortable stay.
Three Bedrooms and the Comfort of a Private Home
Casa Oliveto extends over two floors and offers three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and direct access to the outdoor areas. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, with direct access to a large panoramic terrace, while the two upstairs bedrooms each have their own outdoor access. All three rooms feature king-size beds that can be converted into twin beds on request. The two upstairs bedrooms can also be combined into a single family space of approximately 70 square metres with two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Every room has its own character, with carefully selected details, warm wood and a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
Life Among the Olive Trees
Outside, Casa Oliveto is immersed in five hectares of organically cultivated land, where nature and contemporary design meet in an inviting and peaceful setting. The garden blends naturally into the surrounding landscape, creating a seamless connection between the house and the countryside. The covered terrace provides a natural setting for breakfast, relaxed afternoons and dinners at sunset, with views across the olive grove and towards the mountains. A swimming pool is also available within the property and is shared exclusively with the other house on the estate.
The Pleasure of Sharing
The kitchen and dining spaces are central to the experience at Casa Oliveto. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a generous dining area, creating a natural environment for preparing and sharing meals together. The property also offers experiences centred around the flavours and traditions of Abruzzo, including cooking classes and local wine tastings, with the possibility of learning to prepare regional dishes using fresh and organic ingredients from the estate’s garden. Guests can also arrange a private chef, local product deliveries and tastings of the estate’s own olive oil. From here, guests can explore the Costa dei Trabocchi and the Via Verde cycle route, discover the landscapes of the Majella National Park and visit medieval villages such as Rocca Calascio and Santo Stefano di Sessanio. Abruzzo also offers a remarkable heritage of local craftsmanship and gastronomy, from handmade pasta in Fara San Martino to the famous confetti of Sulmona and the ceramics of Castelli.
