Inside, the main objective of the architectural intervention led by Studio Milani is clear: recreating the perfect balance between the rural world and contemporary design, while preserving the historicity of the structure.

The living area has been designed to be “open”: the various spaces are in perfect continuity not only with each other, but also between the inside and the outside. The dining room has a huge window overlooking the pool and the landscape, and is directly connected to the living room. Here the atmosphere is particularly comfortable, thanks to a large sofa, a modern fireplace and the open kitchen worthy of a starred restaurant. The perfect spot to share convivial moments while appreciating the surrounding views.

The villa has three double bedrooms, each with an exclusive bathroom and crystal shower. Two of them are located on the ground floor, while the third, from the second floor, has a breathtaking view of the landscape.

Outside, the infinity pool, which can be heated during the winter, and the barbecue area are the ingredients for an unforgettable evening, made even more magical by the last lights of the evening.
