Back to the origins
We are delighted to present this great event that promotes the concept of a return to the origins, from which the name Genesis also derives. The aim is to make people consciously experience the mountains, nature and the real rhythms that day and night provide.
Casa Genesis was born last year with the aim of giving even more voice to the values that have always characterized SanBrite: from regenerative cuisine, to the importance of the territory and human regeneration.
Casa Genesis is part of a larger project born in 2021 which is Genesis, an annual event that have been organized for three years in September. The official dates for the next edition are 6-9 September.
This is the ideal space for research and development in which to share SanBrite’s very personal idea of Sustainability, which focuses on Man as if he were the fifth element. The place where Sustainability and Environmental Regeneration are synonymous with Human Regeneration. Casa Genesis is that place and that time of care for the 4 elements of Nature. They are exclusive events, each linked to each one of them: Fire – Water – Earth – Air.
March 2023 was the month of the event related to the element AIR, while in June the one dedicated to the EARTH.
The events are intended to be a 360-degree experience that includes moments of sharing at the table, moments of reflection and more informative and moments of outdoor activities.
The next stage, scheduled for 28-29 January, will promote the WATER element.
This event will be an opportunity to shed light on the problems related to this asset, while experiencing the forms and emotions that this element can give in the mountains: from glaciers at high altitude, to snow-covered slopes, up to arriving on our tables as spring water.
The meeting is set for 2.00 p.m. at the departure of the Lagazuoi cable car, near Passo Falzarego. After the initial greetings and the ascent with the cable car, you will arrive at the Lagazuoi EXPO Dolomiti, an exhibition space at 2,732 meters between Cortina d’Ampezzo and Val Badia that is easily accessible via one of the most spectacular cable cars in the Dolomites, where the round table will take place, full of guests and experts in the field. At the end of the debate, the next step will be to reach the Rifugio Lagazuoi, where there will be a dinner prepared by the owners, and an overnight stay for the guests. The next morning, after breakfast, you will leave for the ski descent to Rifugio Scotoni, where the lunch will take place. After lunch, the descent will continue with a visit to the ice falls, until we reach the end of the ski slope and then return.
Monday’s skiing will be in the company of Kristian Ghedina, the activity supported by the M’Over ski school will be a unique experience to share the joy of skiing with Kristian.
