It is easy to associate this structure with a tree. Not only because the Hotel was designed to give the feeling of being inside a tree house, but because it allows us to take care of ourselves from different points of view: the roots, the trunk, the leaves. My experience at MyArbor gave me the time and tools to dedicate to my body, mind and soul. The welcome of the family and the welcome of my “nest” room did the rest.
This “house” blends perfectly with the surrounding nature, allowing customers to feel an integral part of a whole of grandeur and magnificence. Since 2018, when the Hubner family decided to take over this structure, on the Plose, near Bressanone, there has been a Nest with a particular concept of vacation. A modern structure, with a choice of materials in continuity with the external environment, many services included in the rates of the Suites, a 2500 square meter SPA with saunas and paths to follow to leave this place regenerated and recharged.
Three types of Suites, all for two people on half board, differ in size and organization of the spaces, while they are all united by simple and essential lines, made welcoming by the preponderance of wood. The standard treatment is half board, which can be used directly in the Hotel restaurant, or at the Grissino restaurant, which offers Italian cuisine, pizza, Asian cuisine and sushi in the center of Bressanone. Each evening, customers wishing to dine at the Hotel are delivered with dishes that change daily, including choosing the 5-course menu for the following evening. Daily fresh ingredients, a young team who enjoys experimenting, a dining room staff who know how to put the customer at ease, pampering them with good healthy food, contributing to the regeneration and detoxification path that this place automatically inspires.
Immersed in the forest, the 2500 square meters of SPA accommodate a sauna area with four different saunas, including an outdoor one with hydromassage, an indoor and an outdoor pool, a cold tub and a large relaxation area.
For customers who want to take advantage of the time available to take care of their body, a fitness area is available. The Wellness Hotel organizes daily activities, which vary according to the day of the week, from excursions, to targeted training, to the possibility of being followed by a personal coach during the holiday.
The wellness center employs an attentive and competent team, and offers moments of true relaxation thanks to a very rich proposal of treatments and paths.
The various rituals differ in duration and activity, they can be performed individually or in pairs and generally combine wellness programs with massages. The latter are also available individually, and focus on the various districts that tend to accumulate tension: not only the classic back massages, therefore, but also neck, face, belly massages (with special attention to digestion) .
To complete the offer of the wellness center, a series of services such as manicures and pedicures, peels and wraps with the use of ad hoc products.

An example is free access to all means of public transport, such as trains to and from Trento, buses, city buses, but also public cable cars, the Plose ski bus and one ride a day to the mountain and valley with the Plose ski lift.
